CA Niraj Choudhary Classes provides educational training courses consisting of recorded videos, worksheets, and Excel calculation templates.

We do **not** ship any physical products, books, DVDs, or study materials to physical postal addresses. All deliveries are made digitally.

2. Delivery Timeframe

- **Instant Checkout Redirect:** Immediately upon a successful checkout signature from Razorpay, our website automatically redirects you to the Course Success page showing your course access links.

- **Email Delivery:** In addition, an automated email receipt containing the YouTube playlist links is sent to your registered email address within **5 to 15 minutes** of payment verification.

3. Non-Delivery Resolution

If you do not receive the email confirmation within 30 minutes, or encounter redirect errors during checkout:

• Verify if the transaction amount was successfully deducted from your account.
