1. Digital Class Nature & Access
All classes provided by CA Niraj Choudhary Classes are digital, online recorded sessions delivered via video playlists (YouTube).
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital goods upon checkout verification, we generally **do not offer refunds** once the playlist access URL has been delivered or emailed. We advise students to review the course descriptions and curriculum outlines before enrolling.
2. Double Charging & Resolution
In the event that a student is charged multiple times due to a server latency or connection dropout, please do not worry.
Kindly contact our support team at ca.nirajchoudhary1@gmail.com along with your transaction IDs. Once we verify the double-charge transaction in our Razorpay merchant dashboard, we will process a reversal of the duplicate amount.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved duplicate transaction refunds are processed directly through the original payment channel (Razorpay).
Reversed amounts typically reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or UPI wallet within **5 to 7 business days**, in accordance with standard bank processing periods.
